Fee Information

Our fees are designed to reflect the quality of materials, expertise, and lab work used in your care. Costs can vary between practices, but we strive to maintain affordable fees that align with or fall below the average for our area.

Dental Insurance Plans

As a patient-focused practice, our services are billed directly to you, not the insurance provider. While we will submit claims to your insurer and make every effort to estimate your coverage, please note that dental insurance typically covers only a portion of treatment costs. We advise you to review your co-payment policy to ensure a complete understanding. Ultimately, you are financially responsible for services rendered, regardless of insurance decisions.

Payment Options

We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

  • 3% Savings for Full Payment by Cash or Check at the time of service, as it reduces administrative costs, allowing us to pass the savings on to you. This discount does not apply to credit card payments.
  • Insured Patients: Payment of estimated co-payment at the time of service.
  • Major Service Two-Payment Option: For treatments like crowns, bridges, and dentures, pay half at the initial appointment and the remainder at the seating appointment. Please note that no discount applies to this option.
  • In-office Financing (OAC): Interest-free credit card debits for up to three months with a signed agreement.
  • Care Credit and Cherry Financing: Extended payment plans up to 60 months. Ask us for details and an application.

Broken Appointment Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and availability, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule an appointment, except in cases of emergency. This helps us maintain a timely schedule and avoid broken appointment charges.
